A Technocrat and an innate Entrepreneur, Mr. Goel has been involved in management, team leadership, and software engineering for complex, multi-tier client-server applications / products for close to two decades. He has served under various capacities within the Financial Market and Telecommunication firms, handling projects for organizations such as NYSE, Dow Jones, US West, AT&T and others. Mr. Goel received a MBA in Management / Entrepreneurship & Innovation / Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University, and a Master’s in Computer Science from the West Chester University. Mr. Goel is the Co-founder / Chief Executive Officer of Technovision, and has been providing strategic direction to the organization since its inception in 1995.

With close to 15 years of experience in building and maintaining strategic accounts, Mr. Hubman brings with him a mix of Technical, Pre-Sales and strong Management experience. Prior to joining the organization, he had devoted ten years Managing and Directing Projects and Operations within Computer Aid, a 180 million dollar and 1500 employee strong Information Technology firm. Further to that, he was involved in developing business concepts and multi-level positioning strategies including supporting methodologies and software. With a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, Mr. Hubman has been involved in growing Technovision’s strategic accounts. With his extensive track record of setting and achieving business goals, and building, developing and nurturing relationships, he is an asset to the organization.

Mr. Tihan brings more than 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance Practices. Equipped with extensive experience in Software Design, Development and Quality Assurance, he has managed, architected, designed, developed and executed Automated Regression Test Suites for OO Client/Server Applications. He has also taken active roles in TQM initiatives and ISO 9000-9001 quality certification efforts. Having worked with organizations as SIAC (subsidiary of NYSE & AMEX), Citigroup and Ernst & Young, and a firm believer in OOA/OOD and automated testing methodologies, Mr. Tihan has in-depth industry experience in Financial Instruments and Securities Market Data. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Concurrent Design Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, he has several professional certifications in Quality Assurance and various professional affiliations. Mr. Tihan is the Practice Director of Quality Assurance in Technovision, responsible for all Quality Assurance Services.

Mr. Majlergaard is the founder and managing partner of Gugin International, a partner organization of Technovision focussing in Business Consulting. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College and is currently studying Doctorate in Business Administration at International School of Management. He has worked internationally through his entire professional life with companies like IBM, CSC, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he has conducted large cross-cultural transition assignments, in Business Process Management, Organizational Effectiveness etc. He has extensive exposure to the Financial Industry. He is a regular guest professor at Bangkok University and Copenhagen Business School but he spends most of his time working with companies around the world to succeed internationally. He has an unorthodox way of thinking and he enjoys finding new creative solutions to well-known business problems.

Ms. Aggarwal brings wealth of experience in Technology and Professional Services fields. She has held technical roles in various product development and software engineering companies and has contributed extensively towards design and development of high quality software. Ms. Aggarwal has extensive experience in providing Professional Services to numerous Fortune 100 clients, as well as small and medium enterprises. She has a BS in Computer Science from Delhi University and MS in Computer Applications from Institute of Engineering & Technology. Ms. Aggarwal is the co-founder and heads the Professional Services unit of Technovision, responsible for the overall delivery of this division. Her input in strategic development of the services, continuously improving systems and processes, and finding better ways of using technology for cost, quality and productivity gains, are very valuable.

Mr. Chatterjee has 15 years of experience working with organizations in building their strategy, identifying and developing business-to-business market opportunities from the ground up. Prior to joining Technovision, Mr. Chatterjee has been highly successful in conducting competitive assessments, and strategically positioning firms towards market penetration / customer acquisition. He has delivered very high value to the Information Technology sector over the years, especially geared towards the Financial and the Life Sciences Verticals. A strategic and out-of-the-box thinker, Mr. Chatterjee has a Masters in Finance, a MBA in Strategic Marketing, and a Post Graduate Certification in Computer Applications, apart from various professional affiliations. His extreme networking and relationship building abilities have always established strong business foundations. Mr. Chatterjee heads the Strategic Business Development, Positioning and Brand Building functions of Technovision, and is responsible for identifying and creating footprints in niche initiatives for the organization.
