ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator (Bach’s w/ 5 yrs exp or Master’s w/ 3 yrs exp; Major: Electronic Engg, CS, or equiv.) – Metuchen, NJ. Job entails working w/ & reqs exp incl: ServiceNow upgrades, Patch set analysis, & instance cloning; ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ATF), Discovery, Service Mapping, develop test scripts, ITF, STLC, WBS; test strategies, RTM, test plans, test scenarios, & RBT. Various worksites: relocation to project-based unanticipated worksites within USA possible. $149,698/yr. Benefits: Vacation, Sick leave, Medical, & Holidays.
